I think because it is homemade dough and homemade sauce and yummy toppings like olives, spicy salami, onions, red peppers, mushrooms and lots of fresh-ish dried spices like thyme, oregano, basil.  Who needs cheese?  (ack!!) The best part is that when you eliminate the cheese, you don&#8217;t get all cloggy &#038; stuffed full of grease.  I am practically eating the whole freaking pizza.  Because I&#8217;m still hungry!  Because there was no CHEESE!  <\/p>\n<p>NO CHEESE!  <\/p>\n<p>sigh.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s very interesting.  Far more interesting than you can imagine. And now I have the fleh blog and do not have to do it all by hand anymore.  Goddamnit I still have Your Body is a Wonderland in my head and you know, it&#8217;s not good.  Not good at all.
